Kingfisher Oil Fields Civil Works – EPC-3
Under a subcontract from the joint venture of China Offshore Oil Engineering Company Limited (COEC) and China Petroleum Engineering and Construction Corporation (CPECC), ROHI executed the EPC works for the Kingfisher Oil Fields Package 3. This includes:
Earthworks for the Central Processing Facility (CPF) with capacity to handle 40,000 barrels/day at peak production
Inner and outer perimeter fences
Diversion dike and trench
Earthworks at Well Pad 4
Lake water intake pump station
Scope of Work:
Rohi Investment Ltd is proud to be part of the East Africa Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) development, a strategic infrastructure project designed to transport crude oil from Uganda to international markets. Our contract covers pipeline and construction services as well as above-ground installations (AGIs) along the designated corridor.
Our Role:
We bring extensive expertise in civil works, mechanical installations, and project execution to ensure seamless delivery. Our team is focused on maintaining high productivity while adhering to environmental safeguards, community engagement, and occupational health and safety best practices.

This project is not only a milestone in regional infrastructure development but also a driver for economic growth, job creation, and skill transfer within local communities. By contributing to EACOP, Rohi Investment Ltd is playing an active role in advancing energy infrastructure in East Africa.
Project Details:
Right of Way (ROW): 21.5 km stretch allocated for pipeline installation and supporting facilities.
Pipeline Works: Construction and installation of pipeline infrastructure, ensuring compliance with international safety and environmental standards.
Above-Ground Installations (AGIs): Development of critical surface facilities to support pipeline operations.
Supporting Services: Site preparation, civil works, equipment mobilization, and continuous project monitoring for quality, safety, and efficiency.
